Social Media Management
The Client
SouthPark Community Partners is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to lead SouthPark's advancement by driving economic vitality, community engagement and advocacy.
Social Media Management \ Content Creation \ Social Strategy
In 2025, SouthPark’s Instagram reach grew 141.8% in a single quarter — with 58% of views coming from non-followers. That's not algorithm luck. That's a content strategy working exactly as intended, with a 2.90% engagement rate (above the 2.2% platform average) to back it up.
The Scope
We partner with SouthPark Community Partners to manage social media for two distinct accounts — @SouthParkCLT and @TheLoopCLT. We built the strategy and content style guide from scratch, and execute it every week through content shoots, ongoing management, and a monthly Small Business Deep Dive series spotlighting the local businesses that make the community worth showing up for.
Creative Direction & Strategy
Every post has a job to do.
We built a full-funnel content system across both accounts — each campaign type assigned a funnel stage, format, and frequency so the content isn't just consistent, it's moving people somewhere. New openings build awareness. Itineraries and features drive consideration. Events, guides, and community resources push conversion. Everything runs on a content style guide that documents not just what to post, but how it should look, sound, and function.
We built a system so that you’re as hands-off as you want to be.
-
We build a full-funnel content strategy around your business goals, defining campaign types, posting cadence, formats, and funnel stage so every post has a purpose.
-
Every campaign is documented with visual direction, brand voice, writing guidelines, and templates, so the content stays consistent no matter who's in the room.
-
We shoot weekly, flexing between UGC-style and professional photography depending on the content type. Every asset goes into your content library.
-
Keyword-focused copy for every post, written in your brand voice with CTAs built in.
-
Content is scheduled at least two weeks in advance across all accounts.
-
We handle DMs and comments so your audience always gets a response.
-
We analyze performance bi-annually and update the strategy and content templates based on what the data tells us.
Small Business Deep Dives build community engagement for district stakeholders
SouthPark Community Partners isn't just marketing to consumers — they're supporting the businesses that make up their district. The Small Business Deep Dive was built to serve both. Once a month, we produce a long-form feature spotlighting a local business owner in their own words, with the full interview on southparkclt.org and a reel on social. It puts a face to the neighborhood, humanizing the district beyond its shopping and dining offerings — while giving stakeholders a tangible deliverable that shows SCP is actively investing in the people who make SouthPark worth visiting.
Let’s Work Together
At Camille Maede strategy is at the forefront of our services. That means we want to get to know you, what your business goals are, and the ‘why’ behind your brand.
